The Brief
To overhaul the digital and visual identity of a multi-disciplinary service provider, transforming a scattered service offering into a cohesive, high-end brand that commands trust.
The Challenge
The Trust Gap.
In the competitive sectors of credit restoration and notary services, the barrier to entry is often credibility. Kim’Yani needed to move away from a generic "service provider" look toward a brand that felt both legally authoritative and personally accessible. The challenge was to create a visual language that felt sophisticated enough for high-stakes financial work, yet warm enough for local notary services.
The Idea
Elegant Authority.
We stripped back the noise to focus on a "less is more" philosophy. The visual system is
anchored by a bespoke, handwritten logo mark designed to convey the personal touch of a
boutique firm. By pairing freehand script with a structured serif, we created a contrast
that reflects the two sides of the business: the fluidity of human service and the rigidity
of professional standards.
The monochromatic palette was a deliberate choice to ensure longevity and professional
clarity. This "black and white" foundation allows the content and the client's strong
character to take center stage, avoiding the cluttered aesthetics common in the credit
restoration industry. The digital experience was rebuilt from the ground up, prioritizing a
mobile-first booking flow and a cinematic, minimalist interface that makes complex services
feel easy to navigate.
The Impact
A distinctive, sophisticated presence that bridges the gap between boutique service and national-scale professionalism.
By aligning Kimberly D. Johnson’s vision with a digital-first aesthetic, we provided
Kim’Yani with a brand toolkit that scales. The result is a refined identity that has not
only increased user engagement but has also turned the simple act of "booking a service"
into a premium brand experience.
